What you are looking at
The building has light steel walls with a brown section at one end and brown trim at the eaves and gables. The new roof panels are brown ribbed steel fastened with screws through the face of the panel, which is what exposed fastener means. A ridge cap runs the full length of the peak, screwed down along both sides.
Exposed-fastener steel is a common choice for outbuildings and pole sheds because the panels cover a lot of area quickly and shed snow well.
The worksheet also lists a snap lock steel package, a concealed-fastener panel whose seams lock together with no screws through the face, along with chimney reglet and flashing work. Those parts of the job are not in these photos. A reglet is the groove cut into a masonry chimney that holds the top edge of the counterflashing.
The outbuilding sits on a wooded lot with a gravel pad in front of its wide end and a garden cart parked beside the gable wall.
