Once a claim is approved, the insurer covers the approved scope and the homeowner pays a deductible. For most covered St. Augusta repairs that deductible is the whole bill. You get the same photo documentation your adjuster sees, and if the roof has no claim-worthy damage, we tell you so.
First we inspect: test squares go on each slope, we photograph every hail hit on shingles, vents and gutters, and we check siding on the storm-facing walls. You then open the claim with your insurer, and we can attend the adjuster visit with our photos and measurements.
If the adjuster's scope leaves something out, we send documentation supporting a second look. Once the scope is settled we schedule the work, and you owe your deductible plus any upgrades you choose.
Keep off the roof and leave heavy limbs where they are until someone can remove them safely. Photograph the damage from the ground, note the date, and cover any opening with a tarp if you can do that without climbing. Keep the receipts for any emergency work.
We check beneath the impact for cracked decking and bent flashing, because the visible hole is often smaller than the damage under it. Limb damage and hail or wind damage can sit on the same roof, and a thorough inspection lists them separately.
"We had a big storm blow through the neighborhood and I noticed a lot of my neighbors had roof/siding damage. I noticed a couple yard signs for Comitted 365 so I made the call and had someone come out and take a look at my home. I received a call back right away from Breanna and she explained how things would go."

Many hits cannot be seen from the ground. We chalk test squares on each slope and photograph bruises on shingles, vents and gutters, which is also what your adjuster looks for.
Either order works. Many owners have us inspect first, so they know if there is anything to claim before they open one.
We can be. We bring photos and measurements, but you file the claim and you decide on the work.
Yes, if you act quickly. Once your insurer tells you about the denial, Minnesota Statute 326B.811 gives you 72 hours to cancel a contract that was meant to be paid from insurance proceeds.
Storm season sends strangers to Stearns County doors. Ours is a licensed Minnesota company, and the walk-through costs nothing.
We look over the whole house after the storm and photograph damage on every surface.
Before you phone your insurer, you learn whether a claim makes sense.
If you file, we prepare the documentation for your adjuster and follow Minnesota law.
